TrueNTH Exercise and Diet Project

True NTH Exercise and Diet is a global initiative, led by the Movember Foundation, tackling critical areas of prostate cancer care. The international network of representatives includes clinicians, academics, patients and organisations from across the UK, Canada, Australia and other countries.
Through this initiative we’re working together to identify and demonstrate the best and most cost-effective models for improving prostate cancer survivorship care and support.

REDI (Risk-Assessed Exercise and Diet Intervention) was a research project which was carried out at Surrey University in 2015. This was a phase 1 study for men with prostate cancer, looking at lifestyle intervention to reduce risk of cardiovascular disease and diabetes.

A phase 2 study is currently in progress – About the TrueNTH Exercise and Diet Project
